Why Kato clinic?

Catheter used for Embryo Transfer

Ease in catheter manipulation is inversely proportional to softness, but a certain level of hardness is needed. Kato uses a catheter made of silicone about half or less in size of the ordinary catheter.

Unique Retrieval Needle

Kato fertility centers use its own needle developed by the company, about half the global standard thickness of OPU needles. The blade at the tip has been processed using a special technique to minimize tissue damage. This very fine needle  causes minimal pain and bleeding, thus, general anesthesia is not required. With this needle, egg collection can usually be completed without causing severe pain, allowing the patient to return home after a short period of rest (approximately fifteen minutes).

Transvaginal Ultrasound-guided Embryo Transfer

All our embryo transfers are guided by transvaginal ultrasound, hence, a more precise placement of the embryo/s into the uterus is achieved.
